A bundle of behind the scenes images from the set of Gareth Edwards’ GODZILLA has landed, highlighting a Japanese quarantine zone, with a bunch of images of a decrepit, destroyed and abandoned town, called New Westminster. It’s like a Japanese Chernobyl, and the image of Janjira, a nuclear power plant, seems to highlight the reason behind the desolation. And it could perhaps be what creates Godzilla (and not the atomic bomb). Or it’s misdirection and this is a town after Godzilla wrecked it, years later.
